What do we offer?

Triathlon is a fun, healthy and versatile form of exercise which consists of swimming, cycling and running. If you want to get in shape and want a versatile workout, then triathlon is for you.

Triathlon is a healthy, versatile and challenging sport that is much more (but also) an IRONMAN. Triathletes are also much more than tall, lanky superhumans, with a body fat percentage of 4. We believe that triathlon is for everyone, and our athletes are our best ambassadors, who all have a story as to why they wanted to do triathlon.

At the intro meetings, we give an introduction to what it means to be or become a triathlete. Because there is much more than swimming, cycling and running.

Triathlon naturally appeals to those who may have already tried swimming, running or cycling. Maybe you come from a different sporting background, or maybe you haven't gone to any of the three disciplines before, but are just fascinated. Maybe you've been to a triathlon meet and thought it might be cool to try.

In short, do you miss getting out among people and playing a sport that is both for everyone and at the same time makes demands on you as a person?

Yes, then you must come along to one of our introductory meetings, where we will tell you a little about what our club can offer you. What does it mean to be a triathlete. Whether you would like to complete a sprint triathlon (eg 4:18:4), an Olympic or 1/4 Ironman distance, a half IRONMAN or a full IRONMAN. Or if you don't actually want to go to a triathlon because of a competition, but more to get in good shape.

We can help you regardless of your level of ambition and your physical ability, as long as you have the will.


Swimming

For triathlon events, crawl swimming is preferred. It is clearly the hardest to learn, as everyone can ride a bike and run (maybe not fast, but they can). This is also why we have more indoor/outdoor training than some other clubs, to give you as many training opportunities as possible.
If you can't swim, we can teach you to swim crawl in 3-4 months, during which you will be able to swim approx. 1-2km and in 8 months, you will be able to swim 3.8km if you go for the IRONMAN distance.

Biking

You will be introduced to cycling on a racing bike, clicking in and out of pedals, introduction to riding in groups and basic cycling technique with one of the club's experienced trainers. In the winter, however, we train inside in SATS Bikerooms, where we teach you to ride according to watts.
Again, everyone can join, because you are racing against yourself, and there will be tests every month, so you can see whether and not least how much you have improved - continuously.

Running

Based on running, we do different intervals, partner and group games and running-specific strength training together with the club's other members. Regardless of your running level, we will teach you to run both fast and far. But the most important thing is to build your running technique, your body up to the distances you now find the most fun. Most people can run, but few can run technically well, run without getting injured, and run economically because you've just cycled and swum before.

It is free to attend our introductory meeting. We hold 4 introductory meetings in October. 3 of them in Danish, and one of them in English, as we have many expats.

We offer good training opportunities and a lot of exciting events

A one-year membership costs only DKK 1,999. For that money, you get the opportunity to train swimming, spinning, cycling and running. We are the triathlon club in Denmark that offers the most indoor swimming times. You can easily find a time that fits into your everyday life. The club also has a large number of discount agreements that you can make use of, among other things. on running clothes and shoes. Community and the social are given high priority.
At competitions, we cheer each other on, and we do social/training events and shared meals
after training.
