We must grow in membership. Particular focus on getting more women into the club, and in addition looking to foster new members, while at the same time retaining the existing ones
We want to protect the club's zealots and encourage more of them.
We want to strengthen the "Club Band"
We want to create more quality in the training
We must have solved our club wear problem
We will hold rallies ourselves, as well as help assist other rallies
We must strengthen the administration of the club (club organisation, renewed IT infrastructure, collaboration platforms, clear communication, both internally in the board, but also between the various committees, including committees, ethics, good governance)
We must be the leading club on the most important SoMe platforms in Denmark.
We will renew and revitalize our obligations towards our partners, as well as expand the number of partners for 2021-2022.
Before the end of 2021, we must have an elite team established (including what framework / finances), as well as investigate what it takes to have a children's department, if any. by the end of 2022
